Based on Shizenichi soy sauce, it is a blend of domestic bonito flakes, kombu seaweed, dried sardines, and four kinds of vegetables:onions, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and carrots. Enjoy cold tofu and ohitashi as a soy sauce over soy sauce.

We use a paper pack that blocks light and oxygen to deliver the freshly made deliciousness.
Please use it for various dishes throughout the four seasons.
