Kanzaki City, where Inoue Seimen is located, is located in the eastern part of Saga Prefecture. Many ancient ruins have been excavated in various places, and it is speculated that people have been living in this area since ancient times.
Even now, Kanzaki is filled with the romance of ancient times.
Kanzaki somen is a taste of the hometown with a history of 380 years.
As a noodle shop, our company also wanted to contribute to the development of the local area, so we developed [ancient noodles] using ancient rice such as red rice, which is associated with the Yoshinogari ruins.
