Based on ``Shizen Ichi Soy Sauce'' made with whole soybeans for 2 years, 5 kinds of dashi are extracted over time:bonito flakes from Makurazaki, Rausu kelp, dried sardines from Nagasaki, domestic mackerel flakes, and domestic shiitake mushrooms. did. This is a full-fledged mentsuyu that uses only natural dashi stock without using any chemical seasonings.
