Naturally-brewed soy sauce made with a traditional method of fermenting with only yeast and lactic acid bacteria in the brewery and aging for 2 years. A natural Kyushu soy sauce with a subtle sweetness added with amazake made from rice.

We use a paper pack that blocks light and oxygen to deliver the freshly made deliciousness.
Please use it for various dishes throughout the four seasons.
[Spring] Boiled rape blossoms, simmered bamboo shoots, stir-fried vegetables, meat and potatoes, etc. [Summer] Chilled noodles, okra with sesame sauce, mapo tofu, grilled meat, etc. [Autumn] Oyakodon, sukiyaki, saury grilled with salt, grilled shiitake mushrooms, etc. [Winter] Oden, boiled radish, yellowtail teriyaki, grilled turban shell, etc.
